The
Application of the Décor Profiles |

The various appearances can be
provided to the exterior fronts
with the Izosiding Décor
Profiles.
For the mounting of the
Izosiding Décor Profiles, the
surfaces that would be adhered
must be plain.
If it is required, the
curvatures can be balanced with
the coating plaster. At the heat
isolation systems, the profiles
would be applied over the layer
equipped with fiber. The measure
of the profiles according the
project would be taken.
1. The profiles must be cut by
using a hand saw or a metal saw.
2. The cement base coating
plaster adhesive must be applied
to the part that will be adhered,
to the cutting sites and the
back sides of the profile with a
toothed trowel. By the sliding
method, it is put to the front.
If it is required, the support
may be out in order to stand as
stable.
3. At the corners, the décor
profiles are cut with set-square
and adhered with adhesive.
Alternatively, the set-square
nosed décor profile would be
ordered.
4. The frame and window sill
profile are adhered to each
other from their side edges. The
fugues are filled and smoothed.
The exceeding adhesive is
smoothed with a humid brush. It
must be cared that the fugues
are filled completely.
5. The décor profiles
surrounding the front must not
be applied as pasting their
edges to each other. By the
sliding method, they must be
adhered with 1 cm blanks among
each other. These blanks must be
proportional.
6. The fugues, which have been
formed at the connection points
of décor profile edges, must be
filled with the stuffing foam
after 24 hours from the pasting
processes.
7. After the hardening of the
stuffing foam, again the fugue,
which is at 1 cm depth, is
opened by scraping and it is
filled with mastic.
8. The appropriate plaster is
applied to the window centers.
After applying the plaster, if
it is required, it is brushed
with the sponge brush. The sharp
edges can be formed if the décor
profile is adhered as protruding
approximately 3 mm from the
window center. Thanks to the
protruding décor profile, the
smoother plaster application can
be applied to the window center.
9. When the window sill décor
profile is applied, then the
sill doorjamb must also be
applied together and the
equipment must be applied. The
inclination of the décor profile
and the doorjamb must be taken
into account. The window edge
and the connection point of
profile must be isolated with
our own plaster.
10. In order to protect against
the humidity, the private water
isolation plaster must be
applied twice. If it is required,
also the special equipment can
be out down. After this, the
textured exterior front paint is
applied.
